As our offices will be closed on the above days, please find below a list of emergency numbers that may come in handy.

Eurica - Emergency Maintenance Service (out of office hours) - 0208 326 1199 (Eurica's details are also on the office ansaphone)

Emergencies are when problems occur which could cause harm to life and limb or structural damage to property. However, please do report gas leaks to Transco.

The emergency service exists for use in cases of genuine emergency. However, it is expensive; please help in keeping rent levels as modest as possible by only using the service in cases of genuine emergency. Where the service has clearly been abused, call-out charges will be passed on to the caller.

Transco - Gas Leaks - 0800 111 999

Please always check that the prepayment meter has been fed (if you have a pre-payment meter) in the event of loss of supply. It is essential that you report a gas leak, or a suspicion of a gas leak, to Transco immediately. Please also advise us that you have done so.

DebCo - Fire Alarm Maintenance - 0208 443 3999

If your property has a fire alarm fitted and there is a fault with the system, please contact DebCo (you'll also find their details on a sticker attached to the Fire Alarm unit). However, if you suspect a real fire, evacuate the building, call 999 and ask for the Fire Brigade.
