Lee Housing Association
Housing Solutions for people in the london borough of enfield

Lee Housing Association is a community based organisation with properties located mainly in the London Borough of Enfield

We aim to provide good quality housing at affordable rents to people who may find it difficult to get decent accommodation for a variety of reasons.

We specialise in furnished shared housing for single people of 18 years and older who have connections with the Enfield area. We also have some furnished and unfurnished units, including both newly-built and rehabilitated properties, suitable for families and non-statutory homeless people.

Most of our shared houses are occupied by both male and female residents and by people from many different cultures. Sharing a Lee Housing Association property can be a really positive experience.

Lee Housing and Origin Housing Merger 2014:

Lee Housing Associations board decided on the 8th March 2014 that Lee would transfer the housing and services of Lee Housing Association to Origin Housing.

We want to hear your views so we will be holding resident meetings to answer any questions that you may have.  Lee and Origin staff will be present at both events.

The first meeting will be at: Vincent House, 2e Nags Head road, EN3 7HF on

Monday 14th April 2014 from 4pm to 8pm.

The second meeting will be at 44 Gloucester Road, London N18 1HL on

Wednesday 16th April 2014 from 5pm to 7pm.

Refreshments will be provided and there will be a prize draw to include all residents who attend each meeting.

If you have any questions or comments please contact Anthony Ogbue, Housing Services Manager on 020 8805 0548, or send an e mail to reception@leeha.co.uk or drop into the office and talk to a member of staff
