Lee Housing Association was established in the 1960’s by officers and students from Middlesex Polytechnic (now University) who were concerned to provide decent rented accommodation at affordable rents for students. Its first major scheme, Swan House, was opened in 1979.

Lee Housing Association is a community-based organisation originating, and working mainly, within the London Borough of Enfield. The Association welcomes comment and involvement from tenants and the public alike. We believe that local people can make a valuable contribution towards our future objectives.
